Kim joined ROJEK as a senior consultant in the Spring of 2024.  She is an expert within the restaurant category and helps our clients with agency searches and also provides valuable insights for advertising agency growth. Kim loves the creativity and outcomes of working with agencies; offers them sound advice and counsel from the restaurant category client perspective.

Kim is the former vice president of marketing and product development for White Castle System. She was responsible for all activities associated with marketing and advertising as well as new product testing and roll out. Prior to that she was vice president of marketing and site development and responsible for blending the brand image through marketing, engineering and construction for the restaurants.

For more than 30 years, she has been involved with marketing and advertising of restaurants, both company and franchise systems in various capacities.  

A former member of the Board of Directors of the Central Ohio Restaurant Association and Junior Achievement, Bartley is active in Women’s Foodservice Forum and The Ohio State University Hospitality Advisory Board. She was recently elected to the I Know I Can board of directors. She also has been on the industry advisory board for Technomic, an industry research company and member of Rotary of Columbus.  

Kim is also a hospitality management Lecturer in the Department of Human Sciences'  College of Education and Human Ecology at The Ohio State University.

She holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and undergraduate degree from Marywood University.
